St. Ann's Garden Club.

St. Ann's Garden Club is a recreational, therapeutic horticultural program aimed at motivating seniors with various mental health issues. This program includes a wide spectrum of social and therapeutic activities available at Providence Farm. Participants are encouraged to engage in activities of their choice - gardening, walking, cooking, carpentry, crafts or socializing, for example. Areas of activity and areas for quiet times are available and easily accessible. This program currently operates Monday through Friday and serves 24 to 28 adults over the age of 65.

The philosophy of St. Ann's Garden Club encourages staff, participants and volunteers to be part of the community and to treat each other with respect. It recognizes that each member is physically and mentally able to be actively involved in this program.
