Providence Farm provides a variety of spaces to host events, from weddings to meetings. Nestled at the base of Mount Tzouhalem, your event is sure to be taken by the tranquility and healing nature of this environment.  See what we have to offer for your special event or monthly meeting, rental rates are competitive, yet nowhere else is 'Providence Farm!'

Our farm and gardens offer numerous beautiful settings for your wedding ceremony and reception. Among the roses in St. Ann’s Garden, under the heritage apple trees, or inside the open-air gazebo, are all picturesque choices. Also inviting are the open spaces of the pastoral lawns, picnic areas and our quaint and beautiful chapel. Choose from weekend and same-day packages.

The Providence Farm Full Weekend Wedding Package Includes:

  • The services of our Event Bookings Manager to assist you in planning your set-up at Providence Farm, including tours of the facility and gardens to choose the perfect setting for your ceremony.

  • Outdoor kitchen with refrigeration, freezers, sinks, BBQ and grill.

  • Two 30'x30' tents and two 20'x20' tents providing a large covered area in the Summer Pavilion

  • Garden space, surrounded with the season's blooms and beautiful back ground imagery

  • Tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception (Set-up and take-down by Providence Farm staff)

  • Suite for the bridal party to get ready

  • Outdoor stage

  • Mill Felt Dance Floor (large and small)

  • RV and tent camping sites (no hook-ups)

Individual wedding packages can also be created to perfectly suit the Couple.

 

Our beautiful farm is the ideal location for your gathering. Meet indoors while gazing out at the fields and animals, then take a break and enjoy walking in the gardens.

Providence House:

  • Chapel; includes seating, capacity for 90
    • Board Room; includes seating, capacity for 30

    • Dining Room; includes seating and outdoor deck, capacity for 64 inside & 32 outside - limited access to kitchen

    • Upstairs Classroom; includes seating, capacity 50

St. Ann's Garden Club Building:

    • Main Floor (Open Concept); includes seating, capacity 30

Outdoor Facilities:

    • Picnic Pavilion, a Stage, an Outdoor Kitchen, with a 60x30 tent-covered area with picnic tables, and the front field

    • St. Ann’s Garden & Gazebo; includes seating to accommodate up to 250 people

    • Camping; includes washroom and shower access (no power)

Extra Equipment:

    • Garden Chairs

    • Indoor Chairs

    • Tables: Round (5 feet) & Rectangular (6 feet)

    • Outdoor Dance Floor (mill felt): 20x20ft and 40x60ft

Additional Notes:

    • Full day is considered to be 8 hours

    • 20% discount for registered non-profit groups

    • Refundable damage deposit is required for most bookings

    • A fee is required at the time of booking to secure the date

    • Deposit refunded if written notice received 30 days prior to event (less a $50 administration fee)

    • 2% per month charged on overdue accounts

    • Arrangements to serve alcohol may be made and a license is required. Alcohol must not be served without management's knowledge.

Providence Farm provides the ideal setting for group meetings, conferences and seminars.  With several historical rooms available in the main building of Providence House we offer space for groups large and small.  Tables and chairs are provided and can be configured in a variety or ways to meet your groups need.  Please contact our Event co-ordinator directly for rates are discounts are available for non-profit groups and multiple day bookings.

Lunch is available from the Farm’s Kitchen Program for meetings at the Farm.

 

**One week notice is required to accommodate a lunch, and we can happily provide for up to 30 people.
